Dear Valued Customer,

At Emerge Your Beauty, we are committed to offering you exceptional service while maintaining a smooth and efficient schedule for all clients. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask that you review our policies below:

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee of $50.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may result in a charge of $75. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to assist. However, we request that all rescheduling be done with at least 2 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and provide the best service to all. Rescheduling within 2 hours of your appointment may also incur a fee of $25.

To secure your booking, a deposit may be required at the time of scheduling. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your service. In the event of a late cancellation or reschedule, the deposit may be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain fairness and consistency for all clients.

We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client, or we may need to reschedule your appointment. In such cases, a rescheduling fee may apply.
